About the Chef

Chef Jonathan Hunt PC II is entering his ninth year on the culinary team with University of Cincinnati Dining Services. Chef Hunt took over the role as District Executive Chef of University Dining Services in 2015 after spending two years leading the kitchens at both Mick & Mack’s and Classic Fare Catering. His current responsibilities include menu production for all student dining centers, Campus Safety Leader and overseeing all Campus Dining Services operations. Before coming to UC, Chef Hunt spent five years as the Executive Chef of the Quarter Bistro in Mariemont, Ohio. He also attended culinary school at Cincinnati State. Chef Hunt received his Pro Chef II certification form the Culinary Institute of America in 2017. With an affinity for new technology and trends, Chef Hunt loves to put his own twist on classic dishes. In addition to contributing over twenty-five years of culinary experience to the team at UC, Chef Hunt has also been an enthusiastic champion for ATS and employing people with disabilities.
